BTW: if you were a one-chapter subscriber and didn't receive a notification about the chapter's pre-release location, please mail me and I'll see to it that you get a credit for Chapter Two. And my apologies for the problem. It seems that the email addresses of a very few one-chapter subscribers somehow didn't make it into the notification mailing list.
