Chapter One is ready!

The first chapter's ready to post: I'm formatting it now. There will be two versions -- a .PDF version (fully printable) and an HTML (web-friendly) version.

As soon as the chapter's up, I'll be starting to send out passwords. Please bear with me, as the process may take some hours: the password generator is having teething pains.
